
Shipping & Delivery
If your order was placed Monday thru Thursday, before 10AM Paris time (France!) it will be shipped the same day, otherwise, it will be shipped the following day. If your order was placed on Friday prior to 10AM Paris time, the order may be shipped the same day, if not it will be shipped on the following Monday. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped. Shipping charges vary depending on the amount of your order and where the order is shipped.
NOTE: For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Returns & Replacements
We care to make you happy. In the event that your unworn regular priced product purchased from our website does not meet your expectations, you may return it postmarked within 7 days of the date you receive the package for credit to your original payment method or for exchange, less any shipping charges. We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise.
Any returns postmarked after 7 days of your receipt date will be returned to you. If you do not accept the item to be returned to you, you will be charged a restock fee that includes 50% of the value of the item plus shipping charges.
You may return your product(s) for a refund or exchange provided:
- The item has been unworn, unused, unwashed, and is perfume-free
- All items are returned, including the hangtag and the receipt
- The item is free of any damage
- The item is returned in its original packaging
We will only refund the original shipping cost on your order if you received the incorrect item or the item sent was defective. If a wrong item shipped to you is due to a mistake on our part, your returned or exchanged items will be shipped at no cost to you via Standard Ground Delivery. If a damaged item is shipped to you, please notify us within 7 days from the date you receive your package. Any damage claim made after 7 days will not be accepted.
If you are making an exchange because you want a different style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PRODUCTS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED VIA THIS WEBSITE. Please use the most economical shipping method. Due to security constraints, we are unable to reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase price. Returns/Exchanges will only be accepted by contacting customer-service@innersalvation.com prior to returning your product.

Being a registered user offers you faster checkout since you won’t have to re-enter your credit card or shipping and billing information. Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. When you enter your credit card information on the final review page, we’ll give you an order confirmation number. You will also immediately receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and we’ve charged your credit card.
Tax Policy
The sales tax charged depends on where the order is shipped. You will be able to view the sales tax included in your order before you confirm your order.

Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time. To track your order from this page, go here. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.

Cancellation Policy
